IMPORTANT: PLEASE INSPECT ALL PACKAGES FOR DAMAGE BEFORE SIGNING FOR THEM; IF THERE IS DAMAGE TO PACKAGING REFUSE THE ITEM. Do NOT sign for any packages that you have not completely inspected for damage.OPEN all boxes, check for damage on all products before accepting it. If the products are damaged please refuse. If you are not allowed to inspect all of the products NOTE clearly on the delivery receipt 'CARTONS DAMAGED'. If there are signs of damage on the carton or mishandeling please insist the driver let you inspect all of the packages. If damage is concealed, please notify our Customer Service Department within 24 hours so that a claim can be processed. If there is concealed damaged you must hold the original carton and damaged merchandise for inspection; OTHERWISE NO CLAIM, REPLACEMENT, OR REFUND CAN BE HONORED. All UPS/FedEx shipment are shipped with a SIGNATURE Requirement. This must be signed for by and adult over the age of 18. Someone must be there to accept delivery of products. If you are receiving any product over 50 lbs, it is the customers responsibility to off-load from delivery truck. All shipments that require LTL delivery are delivered to your driveway only; packages will not be delivered in the home or up any stairs. Customer is responsible for shipping charges associated with return of products.

- All items must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition inside its original packaging. If an item has been used or installed it can not be returned.
Return instructions are available by e-mail. All returns must be in original factory condition. Return shipments must be prepaid by customer returning merchandise. We don't accept COD shipments. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained through email@example.com. Returned packages will not be accepted without the RMA number on the outside of the package. Due to the type of products we sale, we are not able to return inventory to our vendors, therefore, we must charge a 20% re-stocking fee on all non-defective returns. Customer CAN NOT return used, or special order items. We do not refund shipping costs. New merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Your notifaction of refund will be through email. You will not recieve refund or credits until the merchandise has been received and inspected. All products must be returned in the original carton.
